Academia
A recent and unexpected development: my paper "Virtue Ethics and the military profession" was selected to be presented at a philosophy conference. So here I go delving a little deeper into academia. I'll be presenting at the North Georgia Student Philosophy Conference (I'm digging the Cthulu theme...) at Kennesaw State University (strangely enough, the school my brother attends). I don't know my exact presentation time yet, but drop me a note and I'll let you know as soon as I do.
Ethics has always been one of my great loves in philosophy. However, so many people write on it that it makes it hard for a lightweight for me to compete. So, I've taken this little opportunity to utilize my very specific skill set to generate a paper which few are qualified to do. Nah. So there.
